Excerpts from Julia Kim’s testimony on Feb 8, 2014

Our Lord is the only one who can perform a miracle
no matter how the science and medicines are advanced.

It’s nice to see everyone. What did you think about the short video about the Naju Blessed Mother’s Water of Miracle? Countless people have been healed physically and spiritually, and their lives were saved by the Water of Miracle. However, some doubtful people say that ‘miracles must be happening by the Water of Graces because it has some kind of miraculous material in it.’ However, that is not true. Our Lord is the only one who can perform miracles no matter how advanced the science and the medicine are.

In January 1990, I was hospitalized for herniated intervertebral disc and C5 spine collapse. At that time, bishop Ji hak-soon, a diocesan bishop of Won-ju at that time, visited the Blessed Mother’s House. He wanted to drink fine water, so I went to Mt. Bee-soul in Daegu to get some fine water on Jan 18. It was very difficult to carry a container full of water through the rough mountain. When I almost got back to the foot of the mountain, I fell down on a flatland. The container was broken, and I was soaked wet by the water. The weather was also extremely chilly to the point that the water was almost immediately frozen.

My companions wanted to go home, but I really wanted to bring that fine water to the bishop. So, I bought another container although it was already dark outside. I went up to the mountain again to get the water through the darkness. On the way back down, the Lord promised me to give a fountain of miraculous spring water in the near future.

The water you are drinking now is the water that our Lord had promised to give. I used to think that if this water from the ditch can perform miracles, it really must be Water of Miracle; so, there’s really no need to test it. However, there were many people who slandered the Water of Miracle. Therefore, we ordered a full examination on the Water of Graces by a professional institution, and a result said that the quality of this water is at the highest possible level.

Our Lord has saved not only dying persons but also dead ones through this water. So I am telling you, drink the miraculous water as much as possible. I hope your body and soul will be healed and be well. Physical healing is important. However, spiritual healing is more important. Sacred Heart of Jesus and Immaculate Heart of Mary are being torn apart to pieces because people are committing sins. Therefore, God the Father has no choice but to punish the world.

The cunning devils instigate sexual desires in male and female and old and young, seducing them to seek a moment’s pleasure, especially during the woman’s ovulation time. And they make people commit the sin of murder through abortions. I think that through the Water of Graces, people’s souls will be healed and that they won’t commit such sins. So once again, I recommend you to drink the water as much as possible.

People who come to Naju look younger than their age. Why is that? It’s because they have been drinking the Water of Graces. I am 68 years old, but I never dye my hair. Albino Kim is 60 years old. When he first came here (Naju) in 1997, he had gray hair. But he doesn’t dye his hair at all now. Rufino Park, Peter Kim, and Angela don’t dye their hair either. I am proud of the Water of Graces that our Lord promised to heal our body and soul with. Someone might wonder about Julio’s hair color. His hair already had become gray before the Lord gave us the miraculous water.

There are many people who were brought back to life even after drinking potent weed killer, which can dry up even huge trees. One of my close volunteer’s uncle and his wife, who were over 60 years old, drank the weed killer with alcohol after they fought.

From what I've heard, a person who drinks the weed killer with alcohol certainly die. Before her uncle died, he called his brother-in-law and said “I’m going first. Have a happy life with your wife.” He was shocked and took a cab, only to find both of them dying on the floor. He took them to a close hospital in Kwangju. A doctor said that he needed to prepare for them to pass over the night.

When the volunteer arrived at the hospital, and she gave them the Water of Graces, and they were revived. After that, they took a trip to Je-ju Island as a second honeymoon and have been happily married. Also, there was an old woman from An-San who was supposed to have a 70th birthday celebration in a few days, but drank some weed killer. She also was saved by the Water of Graces. There was a young man who was waiting to get married, but his parents drank some weed killer. He probably couldn’t have had a wedding, but because of the Water of Graces, his parents lived again, and he was able to get married. He visited the blessed Mother’s House to show his appreciation later.

If I die on the way to Naju, I hope the Lord will take me to heaven.

One day, a cancer patient from the United States came to Naju. I prayed over the person and suddenly he fell down. So I made him drink the Miraculous Water of Naju. And then he was completely healed. We took a picture of him at the time and could see the light of the Holy Spirit spreading through in the picture.   

There was a Canadian cardiac patient who was out of options for medical treatment. He was waiting for his day to come. After hearing about Naju, he wanted to come here so badly: “Even if I die on the way to Naju, I will go there. If I die on the way to Naju, I’m sure the Lord will take me to heaven.” With this faith, he came to Naju.

I did not know about him when I met him on the Blessed Mother’s Mountain. I prayed for him, “with the Precious Blood of Jesus, with the Precious Blood of Jesus, heal our souls and body, Amen!” while giving him the Water of Graces. He cried a lot. At that time, he was healed from his cardiac disease completely. His family members have been coming to Naju since then.

Many people have been healed by the Miraculous Water of Naju. Fr. Jerry Orbos from the Philippines brought many glaucoma and liver cancer patients. While praying for the liver cancer patient in front of the fountain, even his wife who was losing her sights from glaucoma was completely healed!

As from Luke Chapter 6, verse 32-33, (“For if you love those who love you, what credit is that to you? Even sinners love those who love them. And if you do good to those who do good to you, what credit is that to you? Even sinners do the same.”), we have to love those who do not love us. In 2005, a sister from Gwangju met another sister. Even though their relationship was not good, she gave the Miraculous Water of Naju to her. Her mother in law was on the verge of death, so all the family members gathered by her deathbed. She gave the Water to her mother-in-law, and she became alive and said, “honey, give me some food”. She was healed then on her deathbed.

Humans can’t possibly do it no matter how much we try, but the Lord and the Blessed Mother can revive even the dead and more with the Water of Graces. If the sister from Gwangju did not give her the Miraculous Water of Naju because of their awkward relationship, her mother-in-law would not have been healed.

So, brothers and sisters, if we practice Sem-chi-go, one of the spirituality practices of Naju, it’s impossible to hate anyone under any circumstances.

 ● Sem chi go : This is a Korean word. Even when we are in suffering or in a difficult situation, we can think as if we are in a good situation. Or when we want to possess something, we can think as if we already have it. Then we can accept everything, offer up all difficulties and sufferings graciously and practice love towards our neighbors.  For Example, when Julia was a elementary school student, she was very poor. One day, her friend gave her a delicious rice cake. She was hungry and really wanted to eat it, but when she saw a homeless person on the street, she pretended as if she already ate this rice cake (Sem chi go) and gave it to the homeless person (practice love) willingly.

Although we are unworthy and prone to make mistakes, when we ask the Lord and the Blessed Mother fervently, they will grant our request to us because they already chose us.

When I was child, I saw my neighbors slaughter pigs or chickens for food; I used to cry in the corner because I felt bad for the animals. So, I got married without even having to slaughter a chicken. One day my father-in-law passed me a live rabbit we raised. He asked me to kill it to cook for him and I got dizzy upon his request.

Because I couldn’t dare kill my cute rabbit I had raised, I was crying and talking to the rabbit, “my little rabbit, what should I do?”. He would come in and ask, “have you killed it yet?”. When I responded “No, not yet” He urged me to hasten it. Then fortunately, my sister-in-law came in.

It was so nice to see her as if I met the savior because she was very good at slaughtering animals.  I said to her, “Thank god you are here! Father-in-law has asked me to cook this rabbit, but I can’t bring myself to kill it.” She thankfully said, “oh, don’t worry, I will do it!” So I passed the crisis. If you reflect on your past, you will realize that this kind of crisis aversion has happened to you as well that you didn’t realize at the time.

Let us learn to love even the worst enemy by thanking the Lord and the Blessed Mother for their unconditional love for us.

Let us unite as the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit are united in one. Unity is pleasing to the Lord and the Blessed Mother.

There was a period of time when people were jealous of each other and wanted to be higher than others. I was heartbroken by the situation and shaved my head. Thinking about the saying that ‘Hair is like life to women,’ I decided to offer my hair for their unity and repentance. I could offer up my life, but I needed to do Mama Mary’s work, so I decided to offer my hair instead. For each cut, I prayed that one soul would be saved.

Can you imagine how dirtier and uglier
the places that we can’t even see would be?

How much do you think Our Lord and the Blessed Mother long for our unity if even I myself devote my hair for our volunteers’ unity? So then I gathered twelve volunteers including Julio and asked them, “Will you obey my words?” They said, “Yes.”

So I told them, “I should have been and done better. It’s all my faults that you couldn’t be united each other.” And I deeply bowed to them twelve times, and asked them to stretch their legs in front of them. I said, “Come up to the Mt. Calvary and resurrect,” then I kissed each person’s foot seven times.

One woman’s white socks were soiled and had a strong stench. “Jesus! Even the part we can see has a dirty and foul smell, then how dirty and ugly are the parts that we cannot even look! But I am not allowed to judge what’s dirty or not.” And I kissed on her feet harder.

As I offered up with the same heart I had at that time for you now, I hope all your dirty things to wash away. And let’s love our neighbor with the highest and purest love of Jesus. Who is the nearest neighbor? It’s Family. Our Lord asks us “If you can’t even love your own family, how can you say that you love me?” Let’s love our family members first, and achieve unity within the units of family.

Anybody can love people who love them. But loving bothersome and distressing people is true love. That’s why people say that love is sweet, but bitter as gall as well.

A woman’s husband, a judge, had been unfaithful for 13 years. She had a heart condition, but his affair made it worse for her.

But after her pilgrimage to Naju, she accepted Our lady of Naju in her heart and armed herself with 5 spiritualities of Naju. She’s been spreading the messages of Naju for about 20 years and has offered up everything. Now, her husband is changed as well. As I always tell you, “The echo of love surely comes back to you at the end.”

They give us a special grace needed
for eternal salvation at the time of death

Mother Mary didn’t cry outwardly when Jesus suffered. But on Feb 6, 1993, she was alone, after having lost her son Jesus. She was wailing during the painful hours after his death (Friday) until his resurrection. That is why she has asked us to observe First Saturdays to be with her in spirit during the time of her distress.

Mother Mary promised that she will give us a special protection and grace needed for eternal salvation at the time of our death for those who observe the First Saturdays. You will surely receive that grace.

From now on, let’s offer our thanks to God by replacing “because of someone’s fault” with “thanks to someone…” For instance, suppose there is a person who hated us and stole all our money. Instead of thinking “Because of him/her, I lost my money and is now suffering from the heart disease,” we can offer it up graciously to God, thinking that, “Thanks to him/her, I could participate in Our Lord’s pain when he was betrayed as well.” Our tree of eternal life will be full of fruits and will be able to go to heaven on the Last day.

I always suggest that we change one word in our thinking, right? If we change “your” fault to “my” fault and arm ourselves with 5 spiritualities of Naju, we will surely be able to enjoy eternal happiness in Heaven. Let us lay down everything before Jesus and Mother Mary.

Our Lord and Our Lady appeal to us sincerely everyday “I want to enter and dwell in you, but because you don’t open the doors of your heart to me I cannot enter and dwell in you.”

Let us open the doors of our heart widely and offer up everything in it to Our Lord and Our Lady so that they can dwell in our heart. Then Mother Mary will feed us with Her Milk even today.

For the First Saturday on February 6, 1993, we prayed in the Chapel. Although I was in the midst of immense suffering, I went up and led the rosary prayer. I heard the sound of a baby suckling its mother’s nipples from the beginning, so I thought that the Blessed Mother was feeding us with spiritual milk. When the prayer was over, the Blessed Mother’s whole body was all wet with sweat.

I firmly believe that the Blessed Mother will squeeze all her body and feed you with Her Milk even today. Please embody all of what she’s giving to us and be nurtured by Her. Then you will never walk in the wrong way. Amen!
