Excerpts from
Julia Kim’s Testimony
on June 7th, 2014
Doesn’t Our Lord who is called as a father,
constitute Himself our spiritual director?
PraiseJesus! Praise the Blessed Mother!
Today, we
are celebrating not only the first Saturday but also the vigil of the Pentecost
Sunday. Let us surrender ourselves completely to the Lord and the Blessed
Mother so that we will be healed spiritually and physically by the descent of
the Holy Spirit.
It was the
Solemnity of Corpus Christi on June 5th 1988 when I saw a vision
that Jesus, who was on His Cross, shedding His Precious Blood profusely. His
Blood was not wasted on the ground but dropped into a very beautiful chalice
and paten. Later, when a priest consecrated the Bread and wine, it
transubstantiated into the real flesh and blood of Jesus. Then we received Holy
Communion from the priest.
Jesus is
shedding His precious Blood substantially, and He intends to transfuse His
Blood to all of us. However, there are numerous children in the world who could
not become beneficiaries of this transfused blood because they join forces with
‘Wicked Friend’.
We have to
drive out all these wicked friends away from us. The wickedest friend is
“Pride”. The root of pride is so tenacious that it spreads throughout our
neighbors even though we keep pulling it out. Therefore, tonight, in our
celebration of the Solemnity of Corpus Christi, let us pull out the root of
pride completely, including all our evil habits. In order to do that, we have
to surrender ourselves to the Lord completely. Additionally, if we consider
everything as ‘My fault’, based on the Five Spiritualties, the Holy Spirit will
set a fire of love in our mind, and we will receive the true Pentecost.
We are
going to receive Holy Communion during Mass later. We have to open our hearts
widely first, so that we can be a palace, kingdom, and tabernacle where Jesus
can dwell in within us. Jesus is living not just in me but among my
neighbors who received Holy Communion as well. Thus, how could we judge,
criticize, and condemn our brothers and sisters, who are our neighbors? That is
a job that only God can do.
What Jesus works is truly marvelous
Let us
repent our sins and surrender the rest of our lives to Jesus and the Blessed
Mother regardless whether we have long or short lives. In the meantime, even if
you fail, all you have to do is bounce back like a roly-poly toy and start over
again by saying “I can do this!” We are not to say ‘How can I, who am a sinner,
call the name of God? I can’t! And I never can!’ Our lives can be either in
Heaven or in Hell depending on how we think. That is why we have to stay
positive.
On June 5th
1988, I suffered extreme pains for the reparation for the sinners for two weeks
and I wasn’t able to eat any food. Even though my condition was so critical
that I couldn’t attend mass, I almost rolled down from my attic, took a bath
with other’s assistance, and went to church in order to meet Jesus in the Holy
Eucharist. After I received the Holy Communion, I smelled blood and the
Eucharist expanded in my mouth. I received the Message from Jesus on that day.
After the
Eucharistic Miracle, my whole body was healed completely. I felt my body I
could hardly move became as light as feather and I was able to eat two portions
of rice. What Jesus works is truly marvelous.
On June 18th
1995, it was the Solemnity of Corpus Christi. I couldn’t get up because of the severe pains. I suffered extreme pains more on that Feast day because of
Sacrilegious Communion committed by sinners, who receive communion in their
unclean state, which is perpetrating more year after year. I went to church to
attend Mass regardless of my condition. On that day I also saw Jesus who was
bleeding more than before. I said to the Blessed Mother “I am very poor and
unworthy to do this work. Can you find someone else who is worthy to carry on
your work?” Then the Blessed Mother told me not to be stubborn for when we feel
we are unworthy and lowly, it attracts Mama Mary’s heart.
“My belief is not 100 percent, but 200 percent!”
(The faith of Apostolic pro-Nuncio)
Dear
children of God! Let us be little souls at the lowest position all the time
with me without bursting with pride saying, “I am assured that I can do
anything with confidence!” The Blessed Mother already mentioned before “I chose
you because of your poor and unworthy state.” I recently realized yet again
what the Mother Mary said in the Message, “the Lord, Whom you call Abba,
Father, has nurtured you and guided you spiritually.” When I reflected on my
life, I realized that I have gone through a lot of difficulties since I was a
little child. I was happy about everything because I practiced the
spiritualities; “It was my fault” and “Semchigo (self-denial for the love of
others)”. There would be no pleasure in the eyes of worldly people.
I have seen
a lot of people filled with pride when I was in the Charismatic Movement.
Instead of thinking “I can do this!” without being discouraged when something
happened, some volunteers hurt others feeling by saying “I can fix this
person’s illnesses.” or “I can find out your past because I possess the gift of
prophecy.” When I saw all these, I sincerely prayed to Jesus “Jesus! Please take
away all the Gifts of Holy Spirit.”
One day,
someone told me that ’000 is coming here.’ So I asked ‘Why is he coming at
night?’ Then that person said ‘He is not far from here.’ ‘He is right at your door.’
Then to my surprise, someone really knocked on my door. There appeared the person
who was incited by the devil to exhort false prophecy because that person was
filled with jealousy. That proud person kept advocating “I can do this much!” This
is because the Devil cannot perform miracles but is only capable at making rather
correct predictions. If we are deluded by devil’s predictions because of our
curiosity, we can make fatal mistakes with important matters. Dear Children of
God! Do not listen to that voice. All we need to do is to listen to the Messages
of Love from Jesus and the Blessed Mother who appeared and have shown their
presence in Naju carefully, telling to all of us to put the Messages into
practice. Thus, we will go straight to Heaven.
When the
Eucharist came down on November 24th 1994, Apostolic pro-nuncio who
witnessed the miracle that day, said “I don’t 100 percent believe the
Eucharistic Miracle in Naju.” I was so surprised after hearing that. However,
he continued “My belief is not 100 percent, but 200 percent! I believe beyond
believing that all of you will be healed today! It is tough to offer up all
these sufferings sometimes because I am only human. However, all of you will be
healed if you humbly offer yourselves completely to Jesus and come to Him. That
is why I would like to share one more word about “How much can we change
depends on how much can we accept as our fault.”
According
to the Gospel, Matthew chapter 7 verse 16, Jesus said “By their fruits you will
know them. Do people pick grapes from thorn bushes, or figs from thistles?”
That is right. Like one wise man said that as one sows, so shall he reap, we
will be saved if we accept everything as our fault, repent our sins, and come
to Jesus whole heartily.
Once a mother-in-law changed her heart,
daughter-in-law changes her heart as well.
There was a
woman whose name was Catharine Seo, made her first pilgrimage to Naju. She thereafter,
kept bringing many pilgrims from Seoul, Incheon, Suwon, and Icheon and other
places once a month with several rented buses to Naju. Then I was caught in
surprise when I heard her testimony on June 30th 1988. She testified
that her daughter-in-law was a nonbeliever. Her daughter-in-law wanted to divorce
her husband because her mother-in-law, who was Catharine Seo, kept playing both
sides against the middle. Worse still, her son needed a heart valve surgery but
they didn’t have enough money.
Everything
was hopeless. Next, she heard that the statue of Blessed Mother was shedding
tears. She had her doubt, but she came to Naju anyway. I also delivered my
testimony lasting over five hours at the time. When she heard the part of my
testimony where I mentioned about “Let us acknowledge ourselves as lowest
sinners and become a rag that wipes away our souls” After she heard my
testimony, she cried profusely, repented her sins, and accepted everything as
her fault by thinking ‘It must be very difficult for my daughter-in-law to put
up with me’ and go home.
When she
went back home, she offered everything with Turning Our Lives into Prayer as
she learned from the Blessed Mother of Naju. Whenever she mopped the house, she
prayed that ‘Jesus! I have made many mistakes. Please wipe out the soul of my
daughter-in-law and heal her heart which has been wounded by me.’ She prayed
everything that she did with the Prayer of Life, made sacrifices, did penance
for her sins, and practiced the Spirituality of Offering up All Matters to God.
Then her daughter-in-law changed her heart as well and became a Christian too.
After I heard this testimony, I kept praying for her son. Then her son’s
valvular disease of the heart was healed. What do you think about the
Spirituality of Naju? It is worth practicing, isn’t it?
Echoes made
by putting love into practice must rebound as I have always witnessed
throughout my life. I have worked for others by thinking ‘If I do this work,
others will be comfortable and peaceful’. Even though the work deprives me of sleep,
I have never thought of benefits that accrue from my work. The important thing
is, think of everything as my fault. Complaints against others start from thinking
‘Why is that person giving me this much in return after all things that I have
done?’ Do you agree? You won’t do this if you understand it. This is a real shorten
pathway to Heaven.
Jesus said
through His Message on June 5th 1988 “I want everyone, without a
single exception, to belong to me and I am relying on My Mother Mary for that.
Therefore, by following her, you will be following Me.” Then He said on June 18th
1995 “The souls who accept my messages that you are spreading are accepting me.
Those who reject them reject me and reject the Father in Heaven.”
The guided way
by the Blessed Mother is the perfect shorten pathway to Heaven with no danger
of slipping and falling off the cliff. All of you are gathered here to pray and
make sacrifices in this poor place, like a stable, responding with “Amen” to
uphold a request from the Blessed Mother that we pray together on the First
Saturday of the month, as comforters of Jesus and the Blessed Mother. Doesn’t
God the Father grant us the Cup of Blessings instead of the Cup of wrath, when
the prayer which offered by little souls like you, reaches into Heaven?
The left
side of my lips was little twisted because of all the sufferings. Now, it is
more twisted before. If you have committed sins with your month by judging and
slandering others, I am asking God for forgiveness of your sins by offering the
pains that I have suffered on my month. Let us not talk behind others any more.
You have to realize that we never know if the word you said takes root in
someone’s mind or even offend others. I think you know this well, don’t you? If
you do, let us start over from now on. Because Jesus did not come to call the
righteous but sinners, He will be pleased when He sees us making efforts to
follow His footsteps.
One other
thing is we have to be satisfied with what we have received especially the
graces and vocation. It is difficult to be satisfied because we are weak human
beings. However, it doesn’t mean that we have to give up trying to be satisfied
with what we have. It’s natural that things belonging to others look superior than
what I possessed. The important thing is: Dear children of God! Do not look up
but look down. If you think of a person who is in worse situation than us, we can
always be happy. However, we will be more miserable if we think of a person who
is better than we in comparison.
Dear
Children of God! Let us graciously offer up the rest of our lives regardless
whether we have long life ahead or short, through the Five Spiritualities of
Naju especially with “It was my fault” and “Semchigo (self-denial for the love
of others)” Thus, we can move forward to the happy life.
Furthermore,
let us give thanks to God no matter if He gives us pains or healings. And let
us ask ourselves ‘Have I lived my life accepting everything as my fault with a
genuine gratitude to God?’ Or ‘Have I practiced the Five Spiritualities well in
my life?’ Or ‘Have I given thanks to God for everything in my life instead of complaining
or dwelling in discontentment?’ Amen!
