On January 1, 2005, the Solemnity of Mary, Mother of God, about 1,800 pilgrims came to Naju for the First Saturday prayer meeting. The Blessed Mother spread the fragrance of roses in the Chapel and on the Blessed Mother's mountain for the pilgrims who came to Naju to console Jesus and Mary whose Hearts are being torn apart by numerous sins committed around the world.

Many pilgrims said that they had smelled an intense fragrance especially when they were doing the Stations of the Cross, washing themselves with the water of graces, and adoring the Lord’s Precious Blood that He had shed by opening His Sacred Heart on June 11 and August 15, 2002.

On this day, the Crucified Jesus on Mt. Calvary exuded fragrant oil with a gold color giving off an intense fragrance. All those pilgrims who witnessed this were so amazed and touched. Two years ago, on January 1, 2002, Jesus shed His Precious Blood from the toes on His right foot. The Precious Blood fell into Julia’s mouth and turned into the Eucharist. (A Eucharistic miracle that happened on January 1, 2002)

Our Lady of Naju also exuded fragrant oil from her forehead and two eyes, showing her love, friendship and presence and filling our hearts with joy, love, and peace.
