Julia Kim saw that the monstrance was moving during the rosary prayer.  She explained what happened while praying.

Julia saw a flower fallen on the floor, as she was stepping on to the altar.
She turned this into a prayer by picking up the flower and putting it back at its original place and praying that a soul, who was being abandoned,
may be saved.

The Precious Blood came down on the cloth, skirt, and socks during the Vigil.
