The Lord will bestow boundless blessings on all of you who are gathered here to celebrate the holy anniversary of the Lord’s coming down to us in the form of bread and Blessed Mother's giving the fragrant oil through her statue.

On August 4, 2007, we were praying the rosary at the area where little stones stained with the Lord’s Precious Blood are preserved, a beautiful light radiated around the crucifix of Jesus on Mt. Calvary shone on all of us.

As I was looking at this scene fascinated by it, the light shone here and there and it looked like one village. It was heavenly village where people gather and live together.

At that time Saints and Angels appeared and prayed with us. When we call "St. Peter", he stretched his hands and flashed light upon us, and when we call "St. Paul", he flashed light upon us. Whenever we call out the names of saints one by one, each Saint whose name was called stretched out his or her hands and flashed light upon us.

Besides them, the Blessed Mother prays with us and God the Father, Jesus flash light upon us. whenever we have a prayer meeting, I always see that site and can see the light.

Representative of the Pope, the Apostolic Pro-Nuncio in Korea designated today(Nov.24) as the day of the Holy Eucharist. Before then, on Oct. 22, 1991, at that time I was in U.S.A, Fr. Spies, Fr. Bosmans, and some sisters from Japan came to Naju and discovered that there was something standing on the top of the head of the Blessed Mother's statue.

When Fr. Spies came, he always took down the statue from the altar, he discovered fragrant oil from the statue. In this way, the Blessed Mother prepared fragrant oil for 400days. From Nov. 24, 1992 Fragrant oil exuded copiously for 2 years until Nov. 24, 1994 on that day the Representative of the Pope came to Naju and witnessed the Descent of the Holy Euchrist.

The fragrant oil which the Blessed Mother squeezed her whole body and gave us is a gift from God. It represents the Blessed Mother's presence, love and friendship for us. Also, the Holy Eucharist, which is the Bread of Life come down from Heaven, is a spring that never dries, a medicine that can save the sick souls, and a doctor to the patients, because Jesus, Love Itself, love even those souls who have become so sordid and distorted because of sins.

Many priests spread rumors as if I do something with fragrant oil. But Fr. Su gave us good explanation in his homily which was fruitful and graceful. Let me supplement his words a little bit more.

On Nov. 24, 1994, when the Apostolic Pro-Nuncio in Korea came to Naju, I saw a bright light radiating down from the Crucifix. Some people were healed after receiving the light and there were also some eyewitnesses of the Eucharistic Miracle at that time. Then the Blessed Mother told me, "Receive blessings from the Pope’s representative and your spiritual director so that your hands may become clean.”

Before the Holy Eucharist came down, the Blessed Mother made me receive it with my hands cleaned and purified. When I asked for the blessing, they(the Apostolic Pro-Nuncio in Korea and Fr. Spies) bless me on my forehead and hands with the fragrant oil I had given to Fr. Spies about two years ago.

After that, Holy Eucharist came down. One was in my left hand and the other in my right hand. I gave the Eucharist in my right hand to the Apostolic Pro Nuncio and the one in my left hand to Fr. Spies. Fr. Spies gave communion to Rupino, one volunteer helper. Fr. Spies broke the Eucharist in half and gave Communion to Rupino, one volunteer and the Apostolic Pro-Nuncio in one third and to me. Then they gave Communion to other priests other priests and about 70 lay people who were in the Chapel.

The Eucharist descended from the heaven was broken and consumed by 70 people

Fr. Spies and the late apostolic Nuncio distributed the descended Eucharist to about 70 people. After 70 people had received their portion there was still some left over.

A lot of miracles happened at that time. Fr. Oh smelled a strong fragrance of rose after he received the Host. One lady said that she felt a pressure on her chest. So I told her to clear her mind. Right after she received the Holy Eucharist, the pressure was gone and she felt much better.

Furthermore, a person who could never forgive his own family became a born again person and he could then forgive his family immediately after receiving the Eucharist because that person was born again with love. Additionally, for one pilgrim, the Eucharist melted gently like a cotton candy, but for other the Host was too big to swallow.

Gwangju Archdiocese said that "How come the Eucharist comes down from the heaven?" Isn't this a miracle? There were about 70 people at the chapel on that day, and they all received the Eucharist. The Eucharist that left over after that day has been preserved in the chapel since now. If they received twice, then the number of the Holy Communion with this Eucharist becomes 140 times. So, the people who stood at the back of the line was watching this scene, thinking, 'if the priests distribute the Eucharist as much as like that, then maybe my turn will not come.'. On that day, they really witnessed the Eucharistic multiplication. Isn't it a Eucharistic Miracle? Do not worry about what people say. The Lord and Blessed Mother call everyone for their salvation but you are the people who answer the call with Amen and come here willingly.

Jesus said in Matthews, Gospel, chapter 10 verse 1: 38 that 'whoever does not take up his cross and follow after me is not worthy of me.' All of you have your own pains. However we have to carry those pains graciously and follow Jesus. We suffer many kinds of pains through our lives; I am not worthy I really want to pray from behind if the Blessed Mother of Naju is recognized by the Church. But, because this way is the mission that Our Lord gave me, I am doing my best to realize it.

On November 24, 1994 when the Eucharist descended, Giovanni Bulaitis, an Apostolic Nuncio, his secretary Monsignor Peter, Fr. Raymond Spies, and Fr. Oh Shang-cheol were present, also three priests came by later. Fr. Oh came to Naju that day to celebrate his 23th anniversary of his ordination. That was why he witnessed a Eucharistic miracle. As a returning a favor, he invited me to his parish. So I went there with Fr. Jang.

In the morning when I gave my testimony, Fr. Oh, Fr. Jang and I were gathered in front of altar to pray, I heard that Fr. Oh has been suffering from his knee pain. So I prayed over his knee after I received a blessing from them. Suddenly he felt something very hot in his knee and his knee was suddenly shaken extremely without his will and its movement stopped soon. After that, he was healed completely and had no trouble with four or five hours of exercise and he could play tennis and go hiking.

Numerous priests blessed a lot of lay people with the fragrant oil.

At that time, though many priests came to Naju wearing Roman collar on their neck and celebrated Masses(it means that they visited Naju openly), Archbishop Yoon Gong-Hee kept silence(overlooked). If he doesn't say "Don't celebrate Mass", then isn't it possible for us to do it(celebrate Mass in Naju)? But one day, Fr. Raymond Spies suddenly told me that he would ask Archbishop Yoon for the permission to celebrate Mass in Naju.

Because the formal approval of saying Mass is the same with the recognition of Naju by church, so the Archbishop Yoon couldn't permit that. So I also couldn't ask him for permission before, just as I was expected, he didn't allow celebrating Mass in the Chapel.

The parish priest of Naju parish church said, "Though you cannot celebrate Mass in the chapel, do it at your own house. If the Archbishop say something about that, I will answer for that, "You didn't say, 'Do not celebrate Mass at your house.', right(did you)?". He also said, "If someone says, 'Julia is full of conceit, bring them to me. I will explain about that. Julia is too humble."

So, we celebrated Mass at our own house until the declaration was announced by the Gwangju Archdiocese. We were invited to the Won-mi parish church in Incheon and went there at night the day the Holy Eucharist came down from above(heaven). 'The fragrant oil cloth Affair" happened there. Usually only a dozen of people attend the overnight prayer in that church. But after people came to know that I would go there, countless number of people visited that church and when I prayed the healing prayer and sang a song according to the movement of Holy Spirit, people burst out crying.

The parish priest said, "Why did lots of people come here and cry like that, while they don't come and cry when I lead the overnight prayer meeting?". My parish priest said, "The reason why the priests and nuns are against Naju is out of jealousy. So, don't worry about anything and keep going on."

At that time, many people kept the cloth soaked with the fragrant oil. I gave it to all the volunteers, no matter how long they have been working. As the statue of the Blessed Mother exuded fragrant oil continuously at that time, we put the cloth under the feet of the statue, and the cloth was soaked with the fragrant oil. And when we wrapped photos with vinyl and place them under the statue, the fragrant oil penetrated into the vinyl which wrapped the photos.

Bishop Kim Nam-Su, Father Jeong Haeng-Man and so many priests gave blessings to the numerous lay people with the fragrant oil which soaked the photos of the Blessed Mother's tears and tears of blood.

Do not be sad because of the opponents, but let's pray for them.

After I delivered Messages of Love in Won-Mi parish church, the parish priest bought all the perfumes made in Korea and even in foreign country also. But when he sprayed all of them for the test, those fragrances were not same with the fragrance of the cloth soaked with the fragrant oil.

Because he spoke ill of (reported negatively about) this affair to Gwang-ju Archdiocese, it was named "the fragrant oil cloth affair".

If the priests say that the freshly drawn water as dirty water, then people would believe that the water is dirty. When the priests say the dirty water as a freshly drawn water, then people would believe that the water is fresh and they will drink it.

Then the spiritually-blind people will follow those words. How much will the devils who tempted those people be joyful? So a lot of faithful listen to the words of the priests who do not believe in Naju, and believe the Naju water of Graces is dirty and thus make a lot of criticism. Everybody, Even though the opponents harass us, please don't worry and do not be sad, but let's pray for them.

Then when the touch of God the Father descend upon us, their mind(thoughts) will be changed like clouds being scattered in the sky, and all of us will welcome the day of the Lord. Then the bright light will shine upon all of you.

Everyone! Let's carry the crosses given to each one of us and go forward straight, trusting in the Lord and the Blessed Mother. When you do this(by doing so), Jesus will be with us forever, and the Blessed Mother will hold our hands and will lead us to Jesus.

We have already entered the Mary's Ark of Salvation which is greater than the Universe. So don't look back anymore, even don't look sideways, and follow the Blessed Mother only. Then on the last day, we will be escorted by angels and will rejoice the eternal happiness next to the Lord and the Blessed Mother in heaven which is filled with joy, love and peace only, no more hunger and hatred. Amen!
