The Lord saved them from a car crash

15 days after my hysterectomy, I went to Joongang parish church in Busan. There, I suffered the pains of reparation for abortions again, and my belly became swollen. Then, my surgical wound burst open and I was rushed. to a small hospital.

A priest, two nuns from our parish church, Julio, and leaders of the pastoral committee, 8 people decided to visit me.

They got into a van and started to pray the rosary as soon as they left Naju and finished it when they reached Gwangju.

Thereafter, Julio wanted to move to the rear side of the van and lie down, but one of the leaders kept talking to Julio.

Julio couldn’t sleep since he insisted on talking. The van then came to a standstill at the traffic light at Baegun-dong. A truck (16 tons) came crashing against the back of the van. The whole back of the van was smashed badly.

If Julio had transferred on the rear, he would have met an instant death. All the rice cakes and food prepared for other people were scattered into the air.

Those who saw the accident thought, ‘Oh, everyone inside must be dead.’ When they looked into the van, they found that nobody had died.

I can’t stay well even with young men. But a priest (Fr. Yang Deok-bae) in Busan was waiting for their arrival to meet with the parish priest. I was alone with him but they never arrived even after 2 hours. I called them and heard about the accident. So I told all of them not to come anymore, but the three of them, Julio, the priest, and the driver still visited. (The car was totaled.)

One leader only hurt a finger, while no one else was hurt very seriously. Yet they all came to the hospital. And even more, they were all cured of their usual sickness and even became healthier.

As long as we stay awake, the Lord will surely save us!
