Seven - Meditate on the Seven Sacraments and also the Seven Sorrows and
Seven Joys of the Blessed Mother.
Ten - Ten means perfection.
Twelve - Meditate on the Blessed Mother's crown of twelve stars.
33 - Meditate on the 33 years Jesus spent on earth.
72 - Meditate on the 72 years the Blessed Mother lived on earth.

2. Waking up in the morning (before getting up)
"God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit, be with me today."
3. Walking up stairs
(Thinking of the Lord who walked up the Way of the Cross)
"Lord, help us walk up the Way of the Cross and, therefore, ascend to Heaven."
4. Walking down stairs
(The Lord came to this world not to be served but to serve, even though He was God)
"Lord, help us imitate you and lower ourselves."
5. Applying Holy Water to myself
"Lord, with this holy water repel all the devils that are trying to afflict us. Deliver us from evil."
6. Applying make-up
"Lord, you cleaned my soul while I was washing my face. Now make our souls beautiful."
7. Powdering my face
(Making the Sign of the Cross) "In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and
of the Holy Spirit, Amen." (because without the Cross, one cannot achieve victory)."
8. Driving a car
(Apply holy water to myself, making the Sign of the Cross. Then, spray the holy water
before starting the car to repel devils.) "Lord and the Blessed Mother! Hold the steering wheel. Protect and guide us."
9. Doing dishes
"Lord, I am doing dishes now. Clean my soul and the souls of ________."
10. Peeling fruits
"Lord! Peel all the bad things that surround our souls."
11. Seasoning food with condiments
"Lord, turn these condiments into condiments of love. Let those who eat this food become reborn with love."
12. Washing rice
"Lord, I am washing rice. Wash our souls and convert as many sinners as these grains of rice."
13. While rice is cooking
"Lord, rice is cooking now. Help our souls mature and reach perfection."
14. Scooping rice out of the pot
1) Making the Sign of the Cross on the rice, "Lord,
bless this rice."
2) Scooping rice three times from the pot into a bowl, "As the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit are one, let us achieve unity by eating this rice. Like Jesus who was resurrected in three days, let us also achieve the victory of resurrection."
15. Cooking meals
"Lord! I have no confidence in myself. I ask the Lord and the Blessed Mother to help me prepare meals of love."
16. Drinking water
Meditating on the Five Wounds of Jesus, swallow water three or five times, saying,
"In the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Amen."
17. Eating a meal
"Lord, I am eating this meal for my physical health. Feed the starved souls of ________. Make our souls healthy."
18. Eating leftover foods
"I offer up my sacrifice for the deserted souls who are not getting any nutrition."
19. Taking bitter medicine
Let us remember that Jesus tasted wine mixed with gall and gracefully offer up our sacrifice.
20. Extracting stagnant blood
"Jesus, extract all that is unnecessary from our souls and fill them with the refreshing rain of the Holy Spirit."
21. Expelling gas
"Lord, I am releasing unnecessary gas from my body. Take out all the unnecessary gas from our souls."
22. Smelling gas with bad odor
(Instead of trying to find out who did it) "Oh, Lord! We remove bad-smelling gas.
Remove bad odor from our souls."
23. Sweeping the floor
"Lord, I am sweeping the floor. Sweep away all the useless debris from our souls."
24. After sweeping the floor
"Oh, Lord! Thank you for sweeping away all the useless debris from our souls."
25. Mopping the floor
"Lord, I am mopping this floor. Mop away dirty stains from our souls. Also mop away
dirty stains from the souls of ___________."
26. Polishing shoes
"Wash away our bad thoughts and bad behaviors. Renew us and let us make a fresh new start for the Lord."
27. Putting on shoes
(Putting on shoes gently) "Let me experience the Love of the Lord and the Blessed Mother wherever I go in these shoes."
28. Taking off shoes
(Taking off shoes gently and arranging them neatly) "Restore order in us which has been lost and restore love in us which has been destroyed."
29. Erasing written mistakes
"Lord, give us graces which can erase mistakes in our souls completely."
30. Rewriting after erasing
"Lord, you have erased all the mistakes in my soul. Let me make a new start.
Fill me that I may achieve the victory of resurrection."
31. Removing spider webs
"Lord! Remove what is entangled in our souls which we are not even aware of."
32. Removing weeds
"Lord, I am pulling out unnecessary weeds. Pull out all the useless weeds from our hearts. Give us graces to root out our evil habits."
33. Watering flowers
"Lord, I am watering flowers now. Water our dry souls with refreshing rain."
34. In the washroom
"Lord, I am removing dirty wastes from my body. Remove all the dirty things from our souls."
35. Brushing my teeth
"Lord, I am brushing my teeth. Remove the bad odor from our souls and help us keep
our souls clean."
36. Washing my face,
Taking bath, Washing hair, or Washing hands and feet
"Lord, I am washing my body. Wash our souls."
37. Shaving my face
"Lord! I am shaving my face to make it look clean. Shave off everything that is not necessary from my soul and the souls of ___________ and make our souls beautiful."
38. Combing hair
"Lord! I am making my hair beautiful. Make our souls beautiful."
39. Trimming fingernails and toenails
"Lord! I am cutting out what is not needed in my body. Cut out everything that is not needed from my soul and the souls of _____________ (Unnecessary things like pride, selfishness, greed, sloth, hatred, anger, anxiety, etc.)"
40. Feeling like criticizing and judging others
(Remembering my own faults) "Lord! How can I remove specks from others' eyes, when I cannot even see the plank in my eyes. Help me remove the plank in my eyes first."
41. When a mistake is spoken
(Meditating on the Lord's Resurrection and making the Sign of the Cross on the lips)
"Lord! I take back what I just said. Forgive me. And bless us."
42. When I make a mistake
The Lord and the Blessed Mother could make us perfect, but allow us make mistakes
in order to keep us in humble. Therefore, do not become discouraged but stand up again as humble sinners.
43. Weeping
"Lord! Let not a single drop of my tears be wasted but become united with the tears of the Lord and the Blessed Mother."
44. Hearing abusive language
Do not join them. Control myself making the Sign of the Cross on my lips and praying,
"Lord, forgive them."
45. When betrayed
(Meditating on Jesus on the Cross) "Lord! How painful you must have felt when Peter, who vowed to follow you wherever you may go, denied you three times and Judas betrayed you for thirty pieces of silver. Give us graces that we may imitate you and offer up our pains well."
46. Being falsely accused and criticized
The Lord prayed for those who were crucifying Him, "Father, forgive them, because they know not what they are doing." Let us humbly pray for those who are accusing and criticizing us.
47. Being treated badly
The Lord kept silent when He was mistreated, despised, and insulted, even though He was God.
"Lord, give us graces to gracefully offer up our sacrifices."
