during the first Saturday night vigil

  Excerpts from Julia's testimony during the first Saturday of June,2011.

Is it surely no accident that we have met ?   It was June 5, 1988 , the Feast of the Solemnity of the Precious Body and Blood of Jesus Christ , a day that stands out in my memory as an unforgettable day that left a deep impression in my mind. On that day, I was not able to go to Church because of extreme suffering.

I was left alone after the whole family had already  left for church. It was a long time ago when transportation was hard to come by and so it was difficult to get a taxi. So I prayed " Jesus ! please help me  so that I can go to Church." Then I instructed a volunteer to go out and look around to see whether there were any cars outside the house. If the Lord wants me to go to church something would happen, I thought to myself.

Surprisingly, there was someone who arrived in a car from Seoul having left from there early in the morning. So the volunteer asked him, " Are you going to church ? If so, Julia wants to ride with you to church." Happily, he replied " I am here to see her and am glad to hear that." So, I went to church with him.

After communion, I went back to my pew with the help of my youngest son.  A Eucharistic miracle started to happen as I felt the host growing bigger in my mouth and we can smell the blood.  It was actually the first Eucharistic miracle. At that time I didn’t realize it. It was all very strange to me. I was astonished and wondered how come the host was changing and growing in my mouth and I could hardly swallow it.

Then, I looked up at the direction from where I heard the voice of Jesus said   " Look at Me. " I then saw Jesus on the crucifix bleeding horribly. It was a terrible scene.  It did not appear as the crucifix in the Naju parish church but it seemed to be the very crucifix on which Jesus was nailed upon.  I saw also the Blessed Mother standing on His right side.  Jesus was bleeding from His seven wounds and the blood was trickling down not on the floor but into a very beautiful chalice and paten. Then I realized that it is through the priests that Our Lord's precious Blood in the Holy Eucharist can come to us.

Do each one of you here now fully acknowledged that the Holy Eucharist is truly the living Jesus ?  All the pilgrims responded with "Yes, we do."

Just before Father Lawrence Jung brought the Monstrance, he told me that the Host inside was moving during the middle of the procession. We believe it was not able to move and shake by itself, but it was the living Jesus Himself making it move and shake. Therefore, you just received the Eucharistic benediction  from the Holy Eucharist that descended from Heaven and from which Sacred blood oozed out of it 20 days after it's descent.

Jesus wants to become the transfuser who washes away our body and soul. That is why He comes to us through the priests. However, it is not easy for us to be given a transfusion, if we do not open the doors of our hearts. Why can't He come to us?  Because we do not open the doors of our hearts!

But some people could be given transfusion by Jesus, if they open their hearts wide.Also it is not possible to be transfused if many " bad friends" are still in our hearts.  Let us expel all the "bad friends" in our hearts at this very moment. What are the notorious friends ?

Yes, Satan… and also pride, selfishness ,hatred, not being merciful, resentment and so on. I believe that you don't have any more of those friends in your hearts, but If anyone still has such a friend, get rid of all those "bad friends " today.

Jesus and the Blessed Mother said that, " We want to dwell in you but We are not able to dwell in you because you do not open the doors of your hearts." However, if you expel all the "bad friends" and if someone caused you any harm, you just attribute it to the work of the devil through the person who hurt you and offer it up immediately, then Jesus and the Blessed Mother will dwell in you.  If we still hold any resentment, it is the best way to give joy to the devils.

I have also made a lot of mistakes and still do even until now. Has everyone here also made at least one ?   If we live in this world without any fault, it may bring us pride and selfishness. Even if Jesus and the Blessed Mother can make us perfect, in order for us to become more humble, They allow us to make mistakes and to commit faults. It is for this reason, that Jesus who returns good for evil can lead us to be more humble through our shortcomings and faults.  Thus do not be discouraged and disappointed but let us start anew from now on.

Therefore, on June 5,1988, Jesus said  while bleeding on the cross, " Come now, all the children of the world! Today, as always, I have become a sacrificial offering and am waiting for you. Let's gather at the heavenly table and share Love. When you open your hearts wide and return to Me, I will not question your past, but will bestow the cup of blessing on you."

Jesus will not question our past. The present is more important than the past. We can grow spiritually through our mistakes in the past. Therefore, we do not cling to the past. On the contrary, we live the life of the Resurrection.

Let us forgive others now whom we have hated and please remember those whom you have not forgiven.

According to the Bible : Passage of Matthew Chapter 6, verse 14 to 15.   " For if you forgive other people when they sin against you, your Heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive others their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins."

So, we have to forgive others in advance, but it should not be forced forgiveness.  We offer ourselves to Jesus and the Blessed Mother and remove all the "bad friends" in our hearts so as to make our hearts more humble and become the tabernacle and the temple of Jesus.

Dear fellow pilgrims !

Whom do you hate ?  Who are those I am not able to forgive?  If anyone can not forgive at this moment, just pray to Jesus, "Jesus!  I can not forgive them on my own, so have mercy on me so I can forgive them with the love of Jesus and the Blessed Mother."  Then Jesus and the Blessed Mother will personally come to you and kindle the fire of love in your hearts and perform the miracle of love for you.

Many of the people living in this world are not able to see the log in their own eyes but just see the splinter in other's eyes and criticize their little faults.

It is just like the proverb that says, "The pot calling the kettle black.",  literally saying in Korean,  "A dog covered with a dung rebuking a dog covered with chaff."

Therefore, we never condemn anyone. But numerous people still have prejudices and judge and condemn other people. This is what we call Sin.

We shall be saved if we practice the Messages of love which are the unbeatable weapons given by the Lord and the Blessed Mother who came and are present with us in Naju.  If we practice the 5 spiritualities and 7 spiritualities that we learned in Naju, we will be able to go to Heaven without passing through  purgatory. On the last day, we will enjoy eternal happiness beside Jesus and the Blessed Mother.

Numerous people do not know about Naju and even Bishops, priests and Sisters are slandering and blaming us. But my dear fellow pilgrims!

Let us have all hands on deck!

All the pilgrims responded with “Yes we will!” and cheering ourselves by clapping hands altogether.

A passage of the Bible in Matthew Chapter 5 verse 10-12 is written as follows: "Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake,  for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Blessed are you, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake.Rejoice, and be exceedingly glad for great is your reward in heaven. For so did they persecute the prophets which were before you."

I fully understood that everyone here are also persecuted like the prophets but you live happily in the Word of the Lord.

I am very sorry before God because of the clergy who tell lies and are spreading groundless rumors about Naju.  It is a grave sin before God because it is committed not by lay people, but through the mouth of priests.

The Kwangju Archdiocese who are persecuting us are not only using all kinds of rumors and impose sanctions but also prohibit those who accept Naju and its Messages of Love.

After hearing of the miracle and after having witnessed himself the miraculous descent of the Host, one of the priests  who was a member of  the Naju investigation committee was so impressed that he translated the contents of the booklet on the Eucharistic miracle in Naju into Korean.

The Original English version was written by Father Joseph Finn who is a Doctor of Spiritual Theology and who also witnessed the Eucharistic miracle together with His Excellency Bishop Roman Danylak from Canada on Sept 22,1995.  This Korean priest after having been touched by the tremendous mystery of  the Eucharistic miracle, eventually accepted the Blessed Mother of Naju. Later, this priest was kicked out of the Committee and the Kwangju Diocese assigned him to a remote parish church with only 50 parishioners. It was a cruel and severe persecution for him at that time and was really beyond comprehension. But he is now living happily in the love of the Lord and the Blessed Mother.

Dear fellow pilgrims !

Things in this world are nothing for they pass quickly in a moment.  On the contrary, life hereafter is forever. Do not be hurt even if you have been persecuted for a moment. Nay, we willingly pray without ceasing for those who do not know about the truth and are not playing the authentic role of Vicar of Jesus.
