나주 성모님 발현은 실재로 있습니다. 율리아 자매님의 소유 석고상에서 직접 발현 한 것 외에 시현자인 율리아 자매님이 영안으로 보았습니다.
또 메세지를 수 없이 받았고 그것을 증명하기위해 주님과 성모님께서 초자연적 현상으로 성체 성혈 현상과 성체강림 현상을 보여 주셨고 성모님을 통해 향유와 젖을 주셨습니다.
나주 성모님 관활 교구인 광주대교구는 요한 바오로 성 교황님의 제촉으로 초자연적 현상을 조사하기위한 "나주 기적 조사위원회"를 구성하기위해 조사 위원을 선임하였으나 대부분의 조사위원 신부님들이 기적을 믿지 않는 현대주의자적 경향이 짙었고 인준 조사 결과가 입증하였습니다.
광주대교구는 기적 여부 결과를 발표하면서 충분한 조사와 기적에 관한 목격자 증인 조사를 하였다고 강변하였으나 기적 목격자 대부분 증언 조사에서 빠졌고 나주에 협력하였다가 분심으로 배반을 한 반 나주파들의 허위 보고와 증언을 선택한 조사위원회는 결국 나주 성모님의 초자연적 현상을 보류하는 결정을 내리고 처음엔 교황청 인류복음화성에 보고하였으나 인류 복음화성에서 재가를 아니하자 그 후 신앙교리성에 보고하여 부장관인 이탈리아 추기경 베르도네가 서명하여 재가를 받았습니다.
재가를 받는데 성공하자 걱정이 없어진 광주대교구는 대교구장 공지문을 통해 교황청 신앙교리성과 협의한 약속을 깨고 나주 기적 현상을 사실상 부정하고, 나주 성모님 집에서 7성사를 불허하고 미사를 못하게 하며 서적 제작과 배포및 판매 금지를 내렸습니다.
그러나 나주 성모님 계시와 메세지를 따르는 신자가 몰려들자 김희중 광주대교구장님은 장홍빈 신부님을 교구청으로 불러 과거 장홍빈 신부가 성무집행 정지 명령을 받은 적 있느냐고 묻고 장신부님이 그렇다고 말씀하자 이 것 외 공지문과 관련된 서류에 서명 사인하라고 하여 장신부님이 그러한 사실이 있으므로 기꺼이 사인하였다고 기도회에서 말씀하셨습니다
김희중 광주대교구장님은 아마 이 서류를 교황청에 보고하였을 것이고, 이 서류로 인하여 교황청은 나주 성모님집에 `교구장 공지문에 대해 순명하라` 성명을 발표 하였습니다. 또 최창무 전임 교구장님은 교령으로 반포한 나주 순례자와 성직자를 자동 파문에 처한 교령도 아직 유효한 상태에 있습니다.
실재 율리아 자매님은 진리가 아닌 잘못 된 오류가 있는 공지문에 항의하는 것일 뿐, 성 교회에 대해선 전적으로 순명하고 있읍니다.
광주대교구의 나주 성모님에 대한 박해는 계속되어 송 루가 신부님은 교인을 동원하여 율리아 자매를 교회에 못 나오게 박해하여 율리아 자매는 집에서 공소 기도로 미사를 대신 한적도 있었습니다.
또 광주대교구의 가장 중요한 박해는 계속하여 발생한 초자연적 이적 현상을 조사해 달라는 청원을 이유없다고 각하하여 재조사를 거부해 오고 있다는 것입니다.
이것은 분명히 나주 성모님 기적을 없에려는 조치 일뿐 아니라 주님과 성모님을 배반하는 행위 입니다.
더욱 염려되는 것은 교황청이 나주의 초자연적 현상을 자체 조사를 하여 놓고서, 광주대교구장의 주장만 받아들이고 나주 성모님집 주장과 청원을 외면하고 있다는데 있습니다.

귀결 되도록 교황청에 우송하고 추가적인 인준 조사위원회가 결성되도록 기도해 주시기 바람니다.

She had received countless messages, and Jesus and Mother Mary had performed Eucharistic miracles including descending of host, and (rose) oil and milk through Mother Mary. Archdiocese of Gwang-ju—which area Naju Mary belongs— has chosen inspector priests by the request of St. Pope ...John Paul II, but most of priests were modernists and did not believe the miracles and apparition of Naju Mary.
The archdiocese of Gwang-ju claimed they had inspected well enough while they ignored the testimony of witnesses. Some people who cooperated with Naju turned their heart with anger from visionary Julia Kim and reported false information. The inspectors decided to put off the apparition miracles and reported to The Congregation for the Evangelization of Peoples but rejected; they again reported to The Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, but rejected by secretary so they finally got approved my co-secretary Cardinal Bertone.
After they successfully got approved, the archdiocese of Gwang-ju broke the promises between The Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith and denied the miracles of Naju and banned holding Masses, selling and publishing books about Naju.
Hee Joong Kim, the archbishop of Gwang-ju summoned Father Hong Bin Jang, and asked if he ever banned to hold the Mass, and Father Jang said, “yes”. Then the archbishop told him to sign his name on the paper document about visionary Julia Kim; so this is the true.
The archbishop Hee Joong Kim may reported this, and by this, the Vatican ordered visionary Julia Kim to dedicate her life and be obedient to God’s wills by the name of St. Pope John Paul II.
The excommunication of the pilgrims and clergies are still valid when it was in the time of the (former) archbishop Chang Moo Choi.
Visionary Julia Kim is disobeying for the false things but faithfully obeying the truth and our Holy Catholic Church.
The most unbearable persecution is to denying the inspection after many requests.
This is clearly the act of betrayal to Our Lord and Lady and denying the miracles and apparition.
I am more concerned that the Vatican is hiding the fact that they had inspected about Naju Mary but just accepting the claim of archbishop of Gwang-ju and turning away from the headquarter of Naju Mary and her requests.
