First Station: Let us meditate on Jesus being condemned to death
We adore You, O Christ, and we praise You.
Because by Your holy cross, You have redeemed
the world.
The Lord of Love Who was condemned to death, even though He was innocent!
Grant that we may all realize, repenting of our sins, through the merits of Our Lord's Passion
that whenever we judge, speak ill of, and condemn our neighbors, we make Our Lord stand again on the humiliating judgment stand and our merits that have been accumulated collapse.
Grant that we may examine sincerely whether we have committed the sins of wounding our neighbors by rejecting them; committing the sins that cry out to Heaven; trampling others so that I may go higher; quarrelling with others like devils, even among those who have been called, in order to become higher; or joining forces with the devil of division who prevents people from forming unity with each other. As we promise with contrite hearts not to make the Lord stand again on the humiliating judgment stand, help us always remain awake and pray. (Meditate for a while.)
"This place is the Way of the Cross which I personally walk shedding blood together with you. Therefore, if all those who walk this Way of the Cross open the doors of their hearts widely, desire sincerely to be united with Me, and pray participating in the pains that I suffer, they will meet Me and receive spiritual and physical healings." (The Lord's message on January 18, 2002)
Amen.
Our Father, Hail Mary, and Glory be.
Mother, we ask you to engrave the Lord's Wounds deeply into our hearts.
