The Way of the Cross on the Blessed Mother's Mountain in Naju is the place where Jesus and the Blessed Mother are walking with us, making present the Passion of the Cross of two thousand-years ago, transcending time and space. It is the Way of the Cross filled with love and grace.
On November 9, 2001, Julia was doing the Stations of the Cross together with several volunteer helpers on the Blessed Mother's Mountain. She was suffering so severely that she even had difficulty opening her eyes. During the Stations of the Cross, Julia saw a vision of Jesus shedding His Precious Blood and the Blessed Mother shedding her tears of blood. Actually, more than 3,000 little stones and some fallen tree leaves between the Third Station and the Fifteenth Station became stained with much blood that appeared to have been shed just moments earlier. Many stones had tiny pieces of flesh on them in addition to thick layers of blood. Even a piece of flesh that had brown hair on it was found.
On the same day, the Blessed Mother said, "I listen attentively to the sounds of fervent prayers which you offer up on the Way of the Cross on Calvary and accompany you, shedding tears of blood at the side of my Son Jesus Who is shedding blood and is with you." Thus, we learned that the signs given on that day were Jesus' Precious Blood and the Blessed Mother's tears of blood.
Again, on January 18, 2002, large quantities of blood came down between the Seventh Station and the Thirteenth Station. Especially amazing was the fact that, in the afternoon on the same day, several pilgrims personally saw several drops of the Precious Blood coming down on the paved area and a large rock at the Twelfth Station. One of the bloodstains on the large rock formed the shape of a cross and even had an image of the Blessed Mother in the middle of the cross. At that moment, Jesus said, "Even at this hour, when two thousand years have passed, I am coming to you, shedding blood like this, in order to be with you. . . If all those who walk this Way of the Cross open the doors of their hearts widely, desire sincerely to be united with Me, and pray participating in the pains that I suffer, they will meet Me and receive spiritual and physical healings."
Also on January 27, 2002, when the Precious Blood came down at the Ninth, Eleventh, and Twelfth Stations, Our Lord said, "The reason why I am revealing My Love even by shedding blood for you, is to wash away your sins thoroughly and perform a transfusion. This is a testimony of My intense Love for all of you and is the Blood of the Covenant."
On February 2, 2002, when Our Lord's Precious Blood, sweat, and water came down on the paved areas from the Tenth Station to the Eleventh Station, the Blessed Mother said, "I will let you grow spiritually through the sincere prayers that you offer up earnestly with your whole hearts on this Way of the Cross where I walk with my Son Jesus, bleeding with Him. The Lord will bathe your souls and bodies with His Sacred Blood and give you the plenary indulgence. Rather, He promised to give it to you."
Let us all become humble and little souls, responding with "Amen" to the Love of Our Lord and Our Lady, which is so high, deep, and wide, displaying the power of love more vigorously, and doing our best to be loyal in heroic ways. Thus, on the last day, let us receive the privilege of participating in the heavenly banquet, where there is no more death, hunger, distress, agony, sorrows, or lamentation but which is only filled with love. Amen.
 Blood samples (bloodstains on the little rocks, tree leaves, and gauze) from the Way of the Cross on the Blessed Mother's Mountain were repeatedly subjected to DNA tests in the Department of Forensic Medicine at Seoul National University, and were found to be human blood with Type AB. Also, the tests at Green Cross Hospital in Gwangju and Naju General Medical Center as well as at laboratories abroad all reached the same conclusion on the Blood Type, which was AB.
The tests in Italy in the 1970s of the samples taken from the Eucharist that had miraculously turned into the species of flesh and blood about thirteen hundred years ago in a church at Lanciano, Italy, also showed that the Blood Type of the samples was AB.
