Fifth
Station: Let us meditate on Simon the Cyrenian helping Jesus by carrying
the Cross for Him.
We adore You, O Christ, and we praise You.
Because by Your holy cross, You have redeemed
the world.
Lord,
You are bestowing upon us infinite love and boundless mercy!
Help
us all become united as one under Christ as our Head by willingly carrying the
crosses given to us as Simon carried the Lord's Cross, always remembering that
the Lord is paying the ransom to save us from sins by shedding His Blood and
water to the last drop, and repenting of our sins at every moment of our lives.
Help
us sincerely encourage each other, learn from each other's virtues, and accept
advices that are intended to help correct our shortcomings with generous and
widely-open love so that the chains of love may not be broken and help us
become true children of the Lord and the Blessed who welcome Them into our
hearts. (Mediate for a while.)
"I
have specially called you to this place so that you may play the role of Simon
who carried the overly heavy Cross for the Lord when He was climbing up Mt. Calvary
carrying the Cross, but do you have to give joy to the devil? Do not
forget the transcendence of my Love for you, and love each other with the love
that transcends creatures." (The Blessed Mother's message)
Amen.
Our Father, Hail Mary, Glory be.
Mother,
we ask you to engrave the Lord's Wounds deeply into our hearts.
